Please read these Terms & conditions ("Terms" , "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using 2juki.com ("2juki") website.  You access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.  These terms apply to all vistors, users and others who access or use the service. 

We may change or update these terms and conditions so please check this page periodically.  We do not represent or warrant that the information on our website is accurate; complete; or current.  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to correct any errors or omissions, and to modify or update information at any time without prior notice.

► From time to time, 2juki reserves the right to restrict the quantity of goods which can be purchased in one order or during a particular period of time or per person or per address.

► 2juki will not be liable to you for loss you or any third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your order or deliver goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an order.

► You agree to obtain consent to provide 2juki with personal information of recipients of gifts or goods ordered by you.

► You may order from 2juki if you are aged 18 years or over, and have an active email account or a telephone number at which you can be contacted.

► We try to do combine shipment for your separate orders, however, if you place consecutive or separate orders, we cannot consolidate your orders.  A separate delivery fee, if applicable, will apply to each order.

► 2juki.com only supply goods that are ordered online via the website. All payments including all shipping and handling fees must be made by either Paypal or any specified form of payment agreed & accepted by 2juki.

► 2juki reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time.  If 2juki rejects your order, you will receive a refund of any money paid.

►After we received your completed payment, we will arrange to deliver your order(s).  Please refer to "Delivery Information" of our shop for further details.

►We will do our very best to get your items to you as soon as possible.  However, some of our products are sourced directly from the supplier, so they may take a little longer to be delivered, or sometimes things happen which are out of our control such as adverse weather; an incident involving the carriers which may mean we are unable to deliver, or delivery time is delayed.  If this happens, then we will contact you ASAP.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the terms of any offer or the prices at any time without further notice.  Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.

►If you have changed your mind or do not need our item(s) you have ordered, you have the right to cancel an order placed on our website before your order is delivered to you and within 7 calendar days after the day of delivery.

►If you wish to cancel please contact us directly by email.  You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the item(s).  We will process the refund due to you as soon as we can and, in any case, within 7 calendar days of the day on which the goods have been returned.

►If the item(s) were delivered to you, you must return them to us at your own expenses as soon as you can.  You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the item(s) and the item(s) are not damaged in transit. Failure to do so might result in a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care and we have a right of action against you to withhold a refund.

►If you cancel the order but do not return the item(s) as required, we may charge you our direct costs of recovering the item(s).

►If your item(s) are faulty on arrival, please advise us by clicking "Product Return" to complete the return form at our shop within 3 working days; spotting the fault or problem. 

►Item(s) should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. 

►All returns will be examined or tested. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or refund to you via your original payment method. 

►Buyers pay return shipping for all non-defective item(s) and item(s) shipped for replacement that purchased somewhere else, not from us.  Any product found to be damaged or defect due to misuse, abuse, have not been assembled properly or negligence by anyone other than us is not eligible for replacement or refund.

►If you have not received your item(s) you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date.  Once we know you have not received your item)s) we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with the carriers. Overseas postal administrations may take two months to complete their mail tracing enquiries four months to finalize the compensation, if any.  We will endeavor to follow up with postal administrations for an early reply.  Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.

►If you still haven't received it by the 15th working day, please contact us via email & we will investigate the matter for you.

If your item(s) is damaged on receipt, please report it to us by email immediately with an image of the damaged item and your full order details.  Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or refund to you via your original payment method.

All images are to the best of our knowledge a fair reflection, but we cannot guarantee the apperance and/or colours of item(s) shown exactly replicate the appearance and/or colours of the physical item(s).  All sizes and measurements given are approximate, but we try to make them as accurate as possible.

All item(s)' appearance and specifications are subject to change without notice for purpose of their improvement by the manufacturer.
